 Thank you for your enquiring about registering with Woodley Village Surgery.

The simplest and quickest way to register is by completing your details at the bottom of this page. 

If for any reason this can't be completed, then please call our reception team on 0161 983 9494 and they'll arrange for a paper application form to be either sent to you or collected.

 Your details will be passed to our registration team who will send you a text (or call you if you don't have a mobile number) when your registration is complete.  This process usually only takes 1-2 working days.
