How to request a repeat prescription

A repeat prescription can be ordered via a number of different methods: 

• By completing a request slip available at reception and placing it in the prescription box.
• Online
• By sending us your repeat prescription slip (with the items you require ticked). Include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like us to send it back to you.
