How Appointments Work
The surgery provides access to a mixture of routine face to face appointments which can be booked in advance: some are released 6 weeks in advance, some 1 week in advance and some 3 days in advance.
On The Day Appointments
There are also appointments which are released 'on the day' for both morning and afternoon clinics for genuine emergencies which require GP review that day but please note these are for clinical emergencies only. The GP may triage the request and arrange for you to be brought in at a later date.
Telephone Appointments
If you are happy to discuss a problem with your GP that you feel confident can be managed by telephone (for example, a query about medication), routine telephone appointments, both pre-bookable and ‘on the day’, are also available. Please bear in mind that due to clinical pressures, the GP may call you earlier or later than your stated appointment time.
Walk In Clinic
The surgery does not operate a walk-in service.
